From The Loan Lady

I have been working in the field of real estate since 1980 and I still love my work! I own real estate myself, and I enjoy helping other people purchase a home or expand their real estate portfolio.

I grew up in a small town in central Florida and graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) with a Master’s degree in 1976. Before settling down to work, I traveled across the country and ended up in California. I liked it so much, I decided to stay.

I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson license in 1980 and my Broker’s license in 1988.

In addition to real estate sales, my background includes many years of residential property management. After building my management accounts for 10 years, I sold the business to go into real estate finance full-time.

Real estate continues to challenge me. There is always something new to learn, no matter how long I have worked in the industry. Keeping up-to-date with the changes in the real estate market and new loan programs is an on-going process. My goal is to help my clients make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals.
