I have been working in the field of real estate since 1980 and I still love my work! I own real estate myself, and I enjoy helping other people purchase a home or expand their real estate portfolio.
I grew up in a small town in central Florida and graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) with a Master’s degree in 1976. Before settling down to work, I traveled across the country and ended up in California. I liked it so much, I decided to stay.
I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson license in 1980 and my Broker’s license in 1988.
In addition to real estate sales, my background includes many years of residential property management. I worked for a large company for many years and then built my own business. After building my management accounts for 10 years, I sold the business to go into real estate finance full-time.
The real estate business continues to challenge me. There is always something new to learn, no matter how long I have worked in the industry. Keeping up-to-date with the changes in the real estate market and new loan programs is an on-going process. My goal is to help my clients make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals.
