Shopping For Your Home

With work underway on your financing, and an idea of what loan amount you will qualify for, you can start shopping for your property. Make sure you work with a qualified Realtor who has a good idea of what type of property you want and what you can afford.

When you are ready to make an offer, I will provide the Pre-Approval letter to your Realtor to go along with your purchase contract to make it a stronger offer.

Once you are in contract, your agent will provide a copy of the contract to me to submit along with your application.
